Make More, Work Less

We all want to make more money and work less, right? The problem is, we often get so busy running our business we don’t have time to make the changes required to make more and work less.

Here are a few quick tips to make more and work less:

  • Reduce Billing Costs – Have you considered outsourcing your billing? The cost of the reduced postage pays for the vendor billing costs. Now your staff can do things other than invoicing.
  • Improve Profits – Customers like to buy products that meet their needs. Although that sounds obvious, when I assess client’s product mix we generally find they have not created products for each market segment. When you segment your products you can grow your margins by 5-25%.
  • Decrease IT Costs – IT can be expensive and not in your wheel house. Have you considered using G-Suite and Google Cloud? For small companies it’s very effective and inexpensive. Google Market Apps for Accounting, HR, CRM, Help Desk, and Workflow Management can be added inexpensively and in some cases for free.
