SCREENING QUESTIONS We use appropriate application screening questions to eliminate unqualified candidates. We keep it positive so candidates will always have a favorable perception of their recruiting experience and your company.
ASSESSMENTS We commonly use personality assessments to give you assurance that the candidate is a good fit for the position. These are called Career Assessments which help to make sure their personality is a good match to the position which they are applying.
INTERVIEWS We always begin with phone interviews for focus on the content of the candidate’s answers and not the person. During interviews, we use a variety of questions including behavior questions to understand how candidates react to given situations.
CANDIDATE RECOMMENDATION As a final step, we use a grading system ranking each candidate using multiple criteria to identify the highest ranked candidates. With that analysis, we come to you with only the top-rated candidates.
