Some Decisions Are Just Hard
Years ago, my first consulting engagement was helping a hospital choose a new computer system. For a 29-year-old, this business decision was both complex and tough.
How would I navigate through the complexity? How could I present the choices to the board of directors in a way that was clear, concise and easy to understand?
I began by learning the Ernst and Young resources I had at my disposal. With those resources I developed a Decision Tool that I still use today, both personally and professionally.
The tool doesn’t make the final determination, but it requires the decision maker to: 1) prioritize what is important and 2) create a grading system that will quickly and easily rate your options.
Since this tool has been so helpful to our clients, I would like to share it with you. Hopefully it will help take some of the guess work out of your decisions.
This is just one of many tools that Trenton uses to benefit clients. Interested in receiving the Decision Tool or need help implementing? Contact Us
